Fan Participation

Trunk or Treat

Unpack your fun or scary ideas and bring your vehicle for everyone to see at the pre-show Trunk or Treat! Fans of all ages will be dressed in their Halloween best and ready to scare up some treats from each display from 2:00 – 5:00pm. All Trunk or Treat vehicle/display participants receive TWO General Admission tickets for Eve of Haunted Destruction!

$1500 to win Costume Contest

No tricks. Only cash! 1st place in each category wins $100; 2nd place $75; 3rd place $25. Complete the registration form before you arrive. All categories: Group (3+ people) | Family | Couple/Duo | Ages 0-4 | Ages 5-10 | Ages 11-16 | Adults 17 & older. The live crowd will decide the ultimate $1500 winner by the loudest applause!

Power Wheels Racing

Ages 3 – 10 may participate and will be split into two groups: ages 3-5, 6-10. Halloween themed decorations encouraged. The Best Decorated / Designed vehicle in each age group wins a trophy! Online registration is mandatory. Day-of entries not accepted. Power Wheels races are first on the line-up for the event and will begin at 5pm!

School Bus Races

$1000 to win! The titans of the school yard are off the clock and have a last stop at the Dirt Oval! Well, those little ‘STOP’ signs probably won’t do much good here. Preliminary heat races followed by all the buses on-track in a chaotic BACKWARDS race! No cost to enter other than $38 pit pass. Online pre-registration recommended, but not mandatory.

Extreme Trailer Race of Destruction

The most destructive and chaotic race of the year! Hitch-up a boat, camper, inflatables; pretty much whatever you want and get ready to wreck it. $1500 to win, $750 for 2nd, $500 for 3rd. No cost to enter other than $38 pit pass. Online pre-registration HIGHLY recommended – Maximum of 20 entries allowed! $1000 & $500 bonuses for TWO best-appearing entries as determined by crowd applause.

RV / Motorhome Demolition Derby

$1500 to win! Camper carnage! Open to Class C RV/motorhomes; those built on standard pickup truck or van frames. Last vehicle to survive the derby wins. Get it to the track and just leave it behind! $500 to start if you leave your RV with us at the end! $100 paid to all drivers who start and keep their RV. Time limit for the demo derby may be enforced due to maintaining schedule of entire event.

Lawn Mower Demolition Derby

$1000 to win! One feature demolition derby of high-geared garden maulers. Parts & pieces will shatter as drivers hang-on or get mowed down by the competition! No cost to enter other than $38 pit pass. Online pre-registration recommended, but not mandatory.

Dirty “O” Spectator Cars

Circle track racing in the dirt – up to $1,500 to win! 1 feature race or 2 preliminary heats + main event feature (depends on number of cars). No cost to enter other than $38 pit pass. Online pre-registration recommended, but not mandatory.
